Neo Tokyo - The last garden

This is the first concept I made for the Neo Tokyo Artstation challenge : the last garden of Neo Tokyo, a luxurious park floating peacefully between skyscrapers. It's a real treasure, and it costs a lot of money to maintain. Walking on these paths of sand, surrounded by real vegetation, is a privilege only the richest can afford. The others can only watch it fly from their windows.
